Foveate is an Interactive 3D Platform for architects, designers, and engineers to present and share their work in a way that anyone can understand. It is a Web-based platform and be accessed on any device with a browser.
What is the difference between an Editor and a Viewer?
Editors are paid Foveate accounts that can create and edit 3D Scenes and view content securely. Viewers are non-paid users that can access and view 3D Scenes shared on public links only.
Can I cancel my plan or downgrade?
If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so within 5 business days of your billing date. We do not give refunds past that point or on annual bulk payments.
What happens if I hit my usage limit?
If you reach your storage usage limit, our team will reach out and can help you scale your current plan to either team or enterprise storage offerings.
What are the file size and performance limitations?
Foveate can handle 8K videos, models with up to 16K textures, and millions of polygons. The only limitation is the device receiving the scene, an iPhone’s much less powerful than a Windows desktop with a strong GPU.
How is data stored on Foveate? Can I download my work?
Your data is stored securely and can be downloaded at any point. If higher-security is needed, we offer the ability to self host your assets on your own hardware or provider of choice.
